Important Update on Telecare Alarms and Landline Transition

Call the landline provider now for support.

The UK is currently transitioning from analogue to digital landline infrastructure, which could affect the Telecare alarms used by older and vulnerable residents. This change is already in progress, and it’s essential to take action now to ensure uninterrupted Telecare support.

If you or someone you know depends on a Telecare alarm, please contact your landline provider as soon as possible. It’s crucial for providers to be aware of Telecare usage so that services can continue smoothly during this transition.

Here’s what Telecare users should do:

  1. Notify your landline provider that you use Telecare.
  2. Visit digitalphoneswitchover.com for more information.

Customers who are already identified as using Telecare with BT will receive direct communication to confirm that their information is up to date.

This transition is a significant change, and it’s vital that all Telecare users receive the support they need during this period.
