Residents across Teesdale are being invited to join Digital Durham in a series of free digital support sessions throughout September. These friendly and informal drop-in sessions are designed to help residents make the most of their internet connection and digital devices.
- Attendees can receive practical support with smartphones, tablets and laptops, to develop everyday skills to help build confidence to get online to access essential services (including council services).
- All sessions are free to attend, open to adults and no booking is required. Residents can simply drop in and speak to a member of the Digital Durham team.
- People can bring their own device for help to understand how to use it.

While improved connectivity is helping more homes and businesses access fast, reliable connectivity, Digital Durham is now offering practical support to help residents develop the skills and confidence to take advantage of the opportunities that being online can provide.
What support is available?
