Spot the local superfast signs!

All across the county we’ve been busy promoting fibre broadband and its benefits to residents and businesses.

You might have had a leaflet pushed through your door, seen our posts on social media or attended one of our events, and now look out for the ‘Fibre broadband is here’ Digital Durham signs we’ve been attaching to village name signs in a number of areas where the service has gone live.

Fibre broadband can bring a number of benefits to families including no more annoying buffering, the whole family being online at the same time without speeds slowing and saving money by using comparison sites and finding exclusive online deals.

Businesses can take advantage of the benefits too. Fibre broadband brings improved download and upload speeds, flexible working using cloud based services allowing you to feel like you’re in the office when you’re at home and the opportunity to get new customers in any location using online tools like social media.

If you spot one of our signs when you’re out and about don’t forget to tweet us @DigitalDurham
